Hello! I hope you had a fantastic weekend! It seems like the weather is the best lately on the weekends and saves the colder temperatures for the weekdays which is just fine by me. One of the most exciting things I did this weekend was get my hair cut. I usually get my hair cut every 6 months or so and I felt like it was about time. If you are looking for an amazing hair cut in the city, check out Jordan at Dennis Bartolomei salon. I may actually show up more if my hair will look like this every… View Post

Happy Monday! This week my schedule is picking up with classes and clients, which means that I will be up nice and early every day this week. I also have some interviews scheduled to talk with some online publications and shows about addiction and my journey, so hopefully I will have some more news to report to you on that front soon. As I mentioned in a post last week, I was completely unprepared to run this race. Following the Chicago Spring Half Marathon in May, I spent a month doing nothing but working out at Hardpressed, then lately I have been back at Sweat taking classes. I had done no dedicated running, so of course signing up to run 13.1 miles sounded like the best idea possible. I arrived home from… View Post
