Welcome to October! I know I’m not the only one who’s excited for temperatures to cool down, baking to ensue, and sweaters to make an appearance. No shame. September marked my first full month of self-employment and it took me awhile to figure out where to focus my energies. Sooooo I’m leaving this afternoon for a 5-day excursion. It’s really nothing extravagant; I booked this trip about three months ago after returning from the Everything Food Conference filled with inspiration and the pull to write again.
