This morning I went on my last easy run before this weekend’s half marathon. It was nice and overcast and I’m getting pumped about Saturday. Not so pumped about the early wakeup, but I’m feeling great about the race overall. Two days left!
My meals from yesterday are going to be repetitive as always. I have been craving sweets lately for some reason, so I have been eating some dark chocolate or coconut yogurt with chia seeds and maple syrup at night. I didn’t last night so there aren’t any pictures. I do have a picture of the yogurt but it looks incredibly unappetizing so I will have to dress it up somehow in a fancy bowl.

Neil and I ordered Thai food. I got chicken kaprow which is chicken, basil, and veggies. I was heartbroken that they didn’t have mango sticky rice because I always get it as dessert and was planning on satisfying my sweet tooth. Instead I just jammed a bunch of cotton candy grapes in my mouth. Not the same.
